I worked through the latitude and longitde displayed when you hover over the Seattle box that lists the 4th and final event countdown. It's too precise to be generic for just the city of Seattle. It's also not any Microsoft facility.

I did narrow it down using the converted corrdinates of 47.645314 / 122.336356 which gives you the location.

It also fits the picture shown to the right of the countdown. If you do a google search on Gas Works Parks Pictures, you will find a number of web sites that show pictures of the park. It still has some of the original gas works equipment in the park which is what this is a picture of.
