I worked through the latitude and longitde displayed when you hover over the Seattle box that lists the 4th and final event countdown. It's too precise to be generic for just the city of Seattle. It's also not any Microsoft facility.
I did narrow it down using the converted corrdinates of 47.645314 / 122.336356 which gives you the location.
