<spoiler> First, using the time that was within a star from the video,
3:15, place that into the ?. Next, translate the numbers on the left
side of the colons using A=1, B=2 and so on. This reads the clue
"CONNECT THE MINUTES". By using the minutes on the right side of the
colon, and translating then into direction from a clock
(:15 is directly right) the stars connect to make the outline of the
state of Washington. Answer: WASHINGTON </spoiler>
