The Microsoft IE blog (http://blogs.msdn.com/ie/) currently has a strange "ad" in its righthand column.

Interestingly, there is not a _1, _0, or _3, but there is a Vanishing Point Game.jpg in the same URL folder. It looks like a slightly larger version of the "ad" and is more clear (the one used on the site was probably a resizing of this original):
