I have been looking at the forums and it seems that no one has tried sending e-mails out. I tried sending one to loki at vanishingpointgame.com but it came back with MAILER DAEMON, then I tried loki at microsoft.com and I got nothing back. That must mean that the e-mail address is legit. E-mail has been sent, waiting for response.

It is in fact a distribution list inside Microsoft - see header extract below:
