The puzzle's title "Domino" is quite misleading. 
The prompt here reads "Close your eyes, look first to the skies." 
From this, one can suppose that the cards held up by the magician in the puzzle each represent a letter in Braille, spelling: 
ABLANK 
The skywriting which corresponds to this puzzle is another series of (somewhat hard-to-read) Braille letters which reads: 
DRAWING 
The answer is: DRAWING A BLANK

The small pictures of Houdini along the bottom are actually signals representing letters. The code/language of Semaphore is used, among other things, for nautical signaling. A quick Googling for images of Semaphore will yield a primer. Thus, the message along the bottom reads: 
OPPOSITE 
The skywriting clue from Australia was DARK. 
Thus, the answer is: LIGHT

X-ray Cards

The trick to the puzzle is that the cards are marked. The wheel in the upper-left corner of each card tells you the number of the card, and the small circle mid-way up on the left side of each card tells you the suit. 
The very last skywriting clue reads: 
1:00=A ... SW=HEART 
This is the "key" to reading the card markings. The wheel reads like a clock, with the 1 o'clock position signifying the Ace, the 2 o'clock the two, etc. The small circle tells the suit, depending on where the quarter-circle is placed. The south-west (lower left) means Hearts. The remaining suits have to be found through deduction. 

So, the first card is the two of hearts. 
The next card is a four. Since the only four is the four of diamonds, we now know that the north-west position signifies diamonds. 
The third card is the six of hearts. 
The fourth card is an Ace. The only two aces are the Ace of Spades and the Ace of Diamonds. Since the quarter-circle is not in the NW position, it cannot be a diamond, so it must be the Ace of Spades. 
The final card is a five. Since the quarter-circle is in a new position and one of each other suit is already present, it must be a club, the five of clubs. 
Clicking on each of the five cards in the upper row in order will reveal the true cards and enter the following into the "Submit" field: 
2:H, 4:D, 6:H, A:S, 5:C 
You can also simply enter the above into the field and hit "Submit."

Clicking on the Rabbit's footprints opens a browser with a map of a region in Pennsylvania with 8 numbered markers.

The box symbol in the upper-left-hand corner corresponds to a skywriting clue. 
The clue has a series of directional arrows: 
Down, Left, Left, Down, Right, Down, Left 
Start at the #1 marker. By following the directions to the points marked on the map, you end at the sixth marker. Zoom in and you'll see that it points to a town by the name of: 
PRESTO

The three portraits each have a set of four words followed by a common number of blanks. 
Left Portrait: PARTNER_ _ _ _, FRIEND_ _ _ _, DICTATOR_ _ _ _, INTERN_ _ _ _ 
Center Portrait: DOUBLE_ _ _ _ _, BLANK_ _ _ _ _, BOUNCED_ _ _ _ _, RAIN_ _ _ _ _

This is basically an involved "Match Game." 
The matches, from left to right, are: SHIP, CHECK, PLAY. 
The skywriting clue gives you the words:

These words act as a fourth portrait, and their match is HOUSE. 
Though we don't know the number of blanks at the end, we now have four words that need a match: 
SHIP____, CHECK____, PLAY____, HOUSE____
