In the Las Vegas video, Loki recites the months in the following order: June, January, April, March, May, and February. The months correspond with the list of numbers. For example, June goes with #1.
Then, the numbers in each month are the days that should be filled in.
The month's then are to be placed in a deconstructed cube. This link, [http://www.thebruce.net/stuff/calendars.jpg]shows the resulting shape. This link, [http://i51.photobucket.com/albums/f354/RogiO/Calendars3.jpg]shows an alternative representation where the May and June pages don't need to be rotated 180 degrees and how the handwritten entries link the pages to form the cube.
At this point, there is a question mark and an exclamation mark, which is also known as an interrobang.
The answer is interrobang.
